We are the data controller for personal data processed through this website and direct enquiries to VIBE Productions.
2. Information we process
- Enquiries: your name, email or phone number, company, account links and anything you choose to include in an email, direct message or call.
- Technical information: limited server and security logs such as IP address, browser and request time, processed by our hosting provider to deliver and protect the website.
- Optional analytics: aggregated usage information such as visits, pages or sections viewed, device category and general location. Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Accept analytics”.
The interactive concept generator works in your browser. The brief is sent to us only if you choose the email action.
3. Why and on what basis
- To answer enquiries and prepare an offer or take steps before a contract.

7. Retention
We normally keep unanswered or non-contractual enquiries for up to 12 months after the last contact. Contract, invoice and accounting information is kept for the periods required by law. Technical logs and analytics data follow the retention settings of the relevant provider and are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Subject to the GDPR and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
